Avacado (approx 500-550g)

Avocados are pear shaped, green colored fruits that have a leather like outside layer and a creamy green flesh inside. The texture of the flesh resembles that of a mango but the taste is different - buttery and a little bland. Because of this, it can adapt to any new flavors very easily and are added to a variety of recipes.
