Elephant Yam

Elephant foot yam is a tropical tuber crop, with flesh similar to a sweet potato. It is mainly served as steamed pieces along with traditional chutney made of green chilli, coconut oil, shallots and garlic and eaten as an accompaniment with a rice dish.
