Chana masala, otherwise called channay, chole masala, chole or chholay, is a dish starting from the Indian subcontinent. The principle fixing is an assortment of chickpea called chana or kala chana. They are a large portion of the breadth of common chickpeas with a more grounded flavor and firmer surface even subsequent to being cooked.
