Kozhukattai Flour
Kozhukattais have been a customary food made during Ganesh Chaturthi. They are called as Modhak in North India and kozhukattai in South India. Kozhukattais are made by blending the Kozhukattai rice flour with plentiful measure of water and salt to make batter. At that point this batter is molded into pitted structures and loaded up with coconut and jaggery blend. These kozhukattais are steamed in an inertly liner and served hot as a sweet. The filling can be made with Chana dal and jaggery also.
