Dried Black Plum

Black plums are small round or slightly oblong fruits with a smooth bluish-black skin containing a seed and the inner core is purplish red or dark yellow. It has a balanced sweet and sour taste. Black plum juice easily stains skin and clothing. Eating black plums will give you a purple tongue. The berries are usually covered in a white powdery powder but this is completely natural and can be easily washed off before consumption. Its nice to see this white if you buy it at the supermarket. This means that the fruit is not treated very well.
